Zomato — fooling and cheating customer

I was using zomato very frequently, but now i realised that i was a fool really, let me tell you two such incidents where you can clearly see how good it is

1. I was freaking hungry, i ordered food and i was waiting for food eagerly, contantly looking st the status of order, and when it showed up "on the way" status i was at the society's main gate, waiting for it, allnof a sudden, it showed order cancelled, i asked why they did it zomato executive claimed that valet called me 11 times and i didnt responded👏👏👏👏👏, first of all i didnt got even a miss call from valet but lets assume he called me and i was not picking up the call, he doesnt have my address? Is this is so difficult to come to specific flat no.in a tower with spefic no. Written on a human size board, and that society which is just near the metro station. I order a lot of thing, and 95%order come without any call assistance, zomato didnt even bother to rearrange the delivery when i called him within 5 mins for order cancellation, didnt even refunded a peny and i wasted my 300 rs approx rupees

2. After this, i even trusted zomato and ordered again, i guess it was my worst decision, i was hungry at night, i ordered food at 2:31am from a restraunt which is hardly 2-3 km from my place, which usually take 10 mins maximum, and on the name of rain (I was in my balcony, not a single drop was there), they delayed food for 2:15 hrs, i waited very paitently, and when i called valet he said, i m in society, coming in a minute, i called after 15 mins, he said i didnt knw ur address, can u please tell me again, i was in different plot of same society, i called again after 15mins, he said i m now finally in ur society just took left from the main gate, but unfortunately, he didnt knew that when anyone enter society, he need to call the flat person for confirmation and secondky there is no left side from. Entrance, just plain wall, again after 5 mins he said i am in lift, reaching, i was outside the lift on my floor and loft was constantly showing it at ground floor, now i was angry as hell, he called me himself after sometime for confirmation by gaurds to enter the society and finally he came, and you know what, he delivered half of my order to someone else, i was literally out of my mind, i asked him to keep that half part with himself and hd agreed and left, after 5 mins when i called restraunt, he came back stating that this is your correct order, and gave me wrong order which is half the value i paid online

Great work zomato, if you need money, please put a payment portal on website and app, i will surely donate but dont grab someone's money which was paid for food
