Zomato — fraud in my order | |||
I ordered a meal from Zomato tonight around 7:20 pm . My order was confirmed and i PAID THROUGH PAYTM. Due to some reasons my phone was switched off and when I switched on my phone, I found out not only they have cancelled my order but also taken my money... and the reason being “i was not able to pick the call”... If I didn’t wish to receive my order why on earth I would have given them MY ADDRESS AND ABOVE ALL MY MONEY ... Now they are like - ‘no, we will not refund your money’ ... they didn’t even come to my place... they just cancelled it because I was not able to receive my call What would they do if I chose for cash on delivery... and then said no.. Day by day, Zomato is doing some fraud... earlier their delivery man used to eat customers’ food and now these people are taking their money...
