I had ordered food from zomato, my order no is [protected]. I had ordered 4 plates of chole aloo puri which cost Rs 305.60. I had received my order 30 minutes late, also, I found that the food delivered was rancid. When I asked for refund using their chat system on the app, they first credited 40 credits in zomato my wallet. Then I dropped a mail to [protected]@zomato.com, around Rs 82.24 are credited into my source account. When I asked for the refund of full amount, they replied "this is the maximum amount that can be added for this concern as the food preparation depends on the restaurant partner". If I had ordered food from zomato then it is their responsibility to refund my full amount. As the restaurant from where the order is placed comes under zomato. Receiving rancid food is like you haven't order anything. But they don't look into this matter instead fighting with me and dropping the same mail again and again, also in addition to this they are praising their service after all this. What non sense is this? This is very disgusting. This is very shameful act. They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't know how to treat the customers. They have the habit of repeating mistakes again and again. They are always unsuccessful to accomplish their promise that "we make your experience better". I think its their biggest lied. They don't work on their mistakes even if feedback is provided. Due to delay in delivering order and delivering rancid food, my time and money got wasted by them. Me and my family didn't have the food as well. I mostly faced delay when I order food from zomato. They don't satisfy and help their customer instead they exploit customers. First deliver rancid food then refund only a part of money rather than full amount to fool customer then loot his money. It means they don't care about their customers, therefore, they are making money nothing else. It's a fraud. Balance amount remaining is Rs 183.36. Refund my full money asap.
