Zomato — I have a complaint about my delivery id being terinated for no reason

I have worked for almost 2 years and now my id is terminated please remove that termination as fast as possible and its showing that i had denied few orders thast why my id is terminated but there is nothing like that the restaurant was closed and the custo.er service people did wrong actions
