Zomato — I received wrong order refund processed but not received | |
Hello I had received wrong order and i complaint you then after a long debate your agent provided me the refund and also added 28 credits But its been 2 days i didn't get my refund then I contacted your agent but he refused that any refund is initiated I captured screenshot also and i am sending it to you If i didn't get my refund i will take this screenshot to police station and consumer court Your agent replied to me when i wrote email and her name is bhawanayou guys are making me fool She is telling me that she will not give me refund Then why you guys promised me She said its miscommunication Its not my fault its your fault I strictly want my refund regarding the order otherwise I will take very strong action and will move to court Order id [protected] I am also adding photo for proof Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered chicken briyani but they send white rice with chicken gravy.customer support said we will rearrange the order but long time i am waiting no response from customer support to supply food .
Not recive the order and not give the mony delivari boy contact the phone tell the order not giving please request order consal
Order was cancelled just after a minute and I needed to cancel those because I had got a call from hospital. The whole amount was taken as cancellation penalty.if its a minimal amount then it would be justified.but in this case it's worst.the food was not even started to prepare, then also.
