Zomato — I was not received refund amount for Cancelled Order

Dear sir/Madam,
I was Ordered food but unfortunately I was canceled my order before delivery agent assigned( may be with in Two minutes) i got notice while cancel the order you have cancelation charges but it shows total order value as cancelation charges after canceled my order it is not expected. After that I don't have any option to contact you and restaurant as well ( restaurant number not working) you don't provide any chance to don't cancel order. You were not provided atleast refund amount details, I was not expecting this kind of situation arises with zomato. Please scrutinize the issue and provide refund amount. I was sent mail to zomato regarding the issue but not responded.
