Zomato — I'm complain about my refund not processed by zomato | |||
Hi placed an order on 16th july 2019 from zomato. I paid the payment for an order i'd [protected] via phone pay e but received a confirmation payment failure and order cancelled. But funds debited from my bank account. Again immediately i palced another order with i'd [protected] and received a confirmation but paid via google pay. Immediately after 30mins i received a call from zomato asking for confirmation on two orders. Informed first is an failure one and second is an successful order. Asked them to check and process as i don't have to pay twice for same order on same day. They said we will do the process and the refund will be given automatically. However sent a email to support by talking with your chat team. Support online team says no we cannot cancel and refund as per policy but chat team says mam it's a gate way payment failure and so we will do the needful to u in 24 hours about refund. Tell me both are working for same company but different answers. Whom i should believe and where i should check. No contact number to reach any body for explaining this. It's a worst service. Never had this kind of experience earlier. I need your assistance if not i will take legally and post bad review about zomato in all social media becoz i have all proofs of chat and emails.
