Zomato — I'm complaining about the ordered I received is wrong

Today, on the 10th of June, is my brother's birthday, and I ordered a cake from Zomato and received the wrong one. Regarding the same, I have raised the complaint on the Zomato app but didn't get the right response, and I also contacted the restaurant and the delivery partner, and they also did not provide any help, and they raised their voices against me. I need my refund from Zomato, and I really feel bad because today is the birthday. What should I do now? I have uploaded the photos of both cake, the one i ordered and the one I received.
