[Resolved] Zomato — improper delivery of order | |
Hi. The last two orders that I had placed with Zomato really got me disturbed. I placed an order for momos, which when delivered, were cold and drenched in water. Another time, the delivery boy switched my order with somebody else's, . When I called and complained to the restaurant concerned, they said they would deliver pasta to me and I would only have to pay the difference between the previous order and the later one. Instead, when the pasta reached, it was stale and tasted sour. I tried calling, and the only answer I got from the restaurant was that they would deal with the issue the day after. How can a delivery outlet shun its responsibility like that. More so, we ordered at night, and had no other option to order from elsewhere. I would be grateful if the company could seriously look into this. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered my food on 6 july and I have charged for that. My account balance was debited. But my order is not placed. I order it repeatly So I want that 75rs refund as soon as possible on my account...
