[Resolved] Zomato — incomplete order delivered and no refund | |||||
Placed 2 orders on zomato yesterday night. One of the orders was missing an item and initially the customer care executive told that the delivery guy will go back and collect the other item. After a while he realised he changed the tone completely and said it’s not our fault so we can’t do anything. I got one side dish and the main dish never came. After one hour of chat no resolution.. the other order also came in one hour late and was all cold. In all I had no dinner yesterday thanks to zomato.. and they have taken my money also.. Swiggy is way better. They respond promptly and refund quickly if they are not able to serve. Was this information helpful? | |||||
