Zomato — Incorrect order recieved- irresponsible response from zomato

I placed an order worth ₹783 but received a completely wrong item worth only ₹365. I immediately reached out to customer care and was asked to send an email. I complied and shared all necessary details including the image of the food received, my original bill, and the bill of the incorrect item.

To my surprise, I received an extremely irresponsible and disappointing response from Zomato stating, "No further action will be taken." This kind of reply is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on both Zomato and the delivery partner. It shows a lack of accountability and disregard for customers who trust your platform for quality service.

I expect Zomato to investigate this properly and issue a full refund for the difference or resend the correct order. If no appropriate resolution is provided, I will be forced to escalate this matter through social media and consumer forums.

This experience has severely damaged my trust in Zomato.
