I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order from Pind Punjab Restaurant, Hijawad, Pune, placed through Zomato on 22nd September. My order ID is [protected]. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order, even though the app showed it as delivered.
According to the app tracking, the delivery person was near my location but never reached the actual destination. I contacted customer support via chat, and I was informed that the issue was due to my phone number being unreachable. However, despite this, I did not receive any further communication and my order.
Here are the details of my order:
Plain Roti (3x) - ₹135
Butter Roti (2x) - ₹100
Paneer Butter Masala - ₹379
Total: ₹506.03
Since I did not receive the food, I kindly request a refund for this order.
