Today, on the 10th of June, is my brother's birthday, and I ordered a cake from Zomato and received the wrong one. Regarding the same, I have raised the complaint on the Zomato app but didn't get the right response, and I also contacted the restaurant and the delivery partner, and they also did not provide any help, and they raised their voices against me. 7th jun i ordered beef biryani 2x but they delivered a chicken 65 biriyani.Even not beef 65 briyani.And package was so poor. Today I really disappointed with zomato and that restaurant. So I need my money back. Because I can choose chicken 65 or beef 65 biriyani with their menu but I choose beef biryani cause I love it to eat. But they packed something else with their own choice. So kindly return my money back....

I raised a complaint regarding my order placed on 26th May 2025 (Order ID: #[protected]). The order included an item – Unni Appam, which was charged at ₹74, but upon delivery, I found it to be a packed item with an MRP of ₹52.
