this is regarding the order ID of [protected], I had ordered it at 8:20 but i received the order at around 10 PM, initial order time was showing as 40 minutes but it was quite delayed .

Since it was quite late I had to prepare my own food.
I checked with delivery boy he said he received the update late and not at the time when we ordered.
Please issue a refund of the same....

I have placed an order for Chicken Biryani from Kolkata Biryani on 10-Mar-2024 at 10:01 PM bearing order no # [protected]. Initially the expected delivery time was showing as 30 mins but subsequently it keeps on increasing. I kept on calling the service delivery partner after 40 mins from the expected delivery time, but he didn't respond. Then I started to chat with your support team at 10:42 PM to know the status...

I have not received my refund amount. After multiple follow ups there is no resolution....

There is no cash on delivery option in my phone. It always show that cod is not available at this moment.But it is coming when I order with other phone. Why Zamoto have a option to add on more to order, why there is no option for edit your order after placing the order. Restaurant refused to edit order( Sagar Ratna) and customer support was very rude too. I had to cancel as no option for me. This is the reason they have taken my COD option....

I have completed my 1st order and also completed 4 more orders but still zomato showing that i have not finished my first order after finishing the order t-shirt and bag will come so please solve my problem...
