Sweet curd (200 grams) ordered on 20.7.2025

Through Zomato app, I ordered Sweet Curd on 20.7.2025 along with other 3 items. While I don't have any objection to the prices charged for those 3 items, the price for 200 gm of sweet curd charged at Rs.295/- is abnormally high and hence unacceptable. Please note I personally contacted the sweet shop from where the sweet curd was supplied and they have informed that they sell sweet curd at Rs.300/- per kg. and not at Rs.295/- per 200...

Incorrect order recieved- irresponsible response from zomato

I placed an order worth ₹783 but received a completely wrong item worth only ₹365. I immediately reached out to customer care and was asked to send an email. I complied and shared all necessary details including the image of the food received, my original bill, and the bill of the incorrect item.

Spilled damaged pizza look like shit

This is outrageous. I just received my pizza and it’s completely spilled, smashed, and disgusting to even look at. This is not just bad service — it’s shameful.

How can Zomato allow such careless, pathetic packaging and delivery? I’m shocked and absolutely furious. I’ve paid full price for food that’s now garbage.

I'm complaining about the ordered I received is wrong

Today, on the 10th of June, is my brother's birthday, and I ordered a cake from Zomato and received the wrong one. Regarding the same, I have raised the complaint on the Zomato app but didn't get the right response, and I also contacted the restaurant and the delivery partner, and they also did not provide any help, and they raised their voices against me. Wrong was item delivered without my concern

7th jun i ordered beef biryani 2x but they delivered a chicken 65 biriyani.Even not beef 65 briyani.And package was so poor. Today I really disappointed with zomato and that restaurant. So I need my money back. Because I can choose chicken 65 or beef 65 biriyani with their menu but I choose beef biryani cause I love it to eat. But they packed something else with their own choice. Complaint for overcharged item

I raised a complaint regarding my order placed on 26th May 2025 (Order ID: #[protected]). The order included an item – Unni Appam, which was charged at ₹74, but upon delivery, I found it to be a packed item with an MRP of ₹52.

I immediately reported this issue, and your team assured me that a customer executive would contact me within 48 hours. However, there was no response from them then I sent a mail on 31st May...
