I placed an order worth â‚¹783 but received a completely wrong item worth only â‚¹365. I immediately reached out to customer care and was asked to send an email. I complied and shared all necessary details including the image of the food received, my original bill, and the bill of the incorrect item.

This is outrageous. I just received my pizza and itâ€™s completely spilled, smashed, and disgusting to even look at. This is not just bad service â€” itâ€™s shameful.

Today, on the 10th of June, is my brother's birthday, and I ordered a cake from Zomato and received the wrong one. 7th jun i ordered beef biryani 2x but they delivered a chicken 65 biriyani.Even not beef 65 briyani.And package was so poor. Today I really disappointed with zomato and that restaurant.
