Yesterday i have order chole bhature and cold drinks along with grill cheese burger having order no [protected] from mini sweet house. I have provided the item details to the delivery boy . Even after telling to him he has not checked the order while handover from resturant. Also i am not able to chat with your support team regarding my order issue . Now what you people are doing to resolve this issue for better customer service.I have chat with your customer support regarding this issue faced by me in friends zomato app and in that chat one of your zomato service agent told me that he or she has initiated the refund regarding my order issue but i didnot get confirmation message of refund initiated on my account linked with this order no. [protected]. Please check the confirmity and do the best for the and i need to be in contact with you in phone call for escalating this issue.And while requesting complaint regarding my issue you people are not taking my issue seriously.you people need to be active with customer concerns. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 10, 2021 Updated by Ammuh Also the resturant person is telling that with chole bhature no cold drinks is available with this order as this information is said by one of your customer support team member in yesterday chat .What is this check my attachment and go through this.And one of your team member told me that i have initiated the refund amount but i dinot get any confirmation of refund initiated from your side.i have been in chat with other person different account holder.till now i dis not received any confirmation of refund initiated. That means your team member has lie me.how can i believe on you people if you do work like this.
