Zomato — late delivery and delivery boy is not picking up the call

I have placed an order from shanmukha, bengaluru of amount 294 at 1:10pm and expected delivery time was 1:44 pm today 2nd june, 2018 and this order was delivered to me by 2 30 pm. I tried calling zomato helpline more than 10 times to either cancel the order or know the status of order. I have also called resturamt and they confirmed that it has been already collected by delivery boy long back. I am completely disappointed with this service. My order id is [protected]. Hi, I ordered Giani ice cream today at 10:05pm and delivery time was 10:48pm and it's 11:20pm I have not yet received the order and no update is available from Zomato. Am regretting why I ordered here.
