Zomato — Missing Item from the Order. Not refund processed yet!

In one of my order, one of the items (2*2 panner paratha)was missing and when I reached the zomato app for resolution I was directed to write an email which I even did with video recordings and pictures of order received. However, I still get a response where they can't take any further action and have taken this as feedback for their internal assessment. I mean wth, what about the loss I'm bearing being a consumer. I paid for the food and getting missing items in delivery and there audacity to ask for ratings on using the Zomato app service. Moreover, there's no one to get on a call even after tweeting about it. This is pathetic. Now being a mediator, you don't engage with the party which actually uses and pays for your [censored]y service. I mean that's clean Fraud and negligence.
