[Resolved]  Zomato — money charged and food not delivered

Address:Kg signature city G1 1009, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I ordered ice creams and had already paid for it, it wasn't delivered and they are saying my location was incorrect even though i used a previously saved location in the app. No refund was granted and horrible support was received. Zomato should learn from swiggy and be loyal to their customers. I have 100+ zomato orders and the kind of reception received will never make me use this app again.
