Order Number: [protected] I ordered cookies and had already paid for it, it wasn't delivered and they are saying my location was incorrect even though i used a previously saved location in the app. No refund was granted and horrible support was received. Zomato should learn from swiggy and be loyal to their customers. Nov 19, 2019 Updated by Govindk233636 Order Number: [protected] Order : Coconut Cookies and Chocolate Cookies Date of Order : 11/11/2019 ( 6:41pm) Total Amount : Rs.207/- Mode of Payment: UPI Register Mobile Number : [protected], [protected] Issue : I Placed a Order from the Zomato at that time the Accepted the Order and after Payment they said that they didn't Deliver the order to that Address .. and they dined For that and also they didn't Give a Refund For the paid amount... after i Tweet and Somebody Called me From the Zomato and Misbehaving with me and they said to the That They give a Link and he has to fill All the Details and then they give a Refund and he Misbehaving with him.. this is not justified .. EXPECTED : wants Refund ans Apology latter from the Zomato
