Zomato — Money debited from a/c but not refunded by Zomato | |
I tried placing an order on 6th Feb for 448.50/.The payment Zomato payment page showed as 'Payment Declined'.Contacted my bank and they confirmed twice on email that the payment is correctly credited to Zomato .Even Google pay reflected payment confirmation as credited to beneficiary. Order Number- [protected] Despite contacting Zomato n number of times, they are not refunding the money.They send a standard robotic reply that contact you bank and wait for 5-7 days.
