Zomato — money debited instantly from paytm while just checking out | |||
I was checking zomato app... Wanting to place an order... Suddenly app closes down... When reopening msg came can't connect to server... However got text msg that order has been placed... Money was debited from my paytm wallet without any intimation.... I immediately tried contacting chat.. 9 mins wait time... Informed restaurant... However no response from zomato chat bot... After 16 mins got response "hi payal"... Post same again no response even after 29 mins now.. No msg that pick valet will be aligned, however suddenly got a pick up msg... Called valet.. He was kind enough to help me and said that order will be cancelled and i will get a refund... He said will arrange call back... However did not receive any call yet... I want my money refund and apology... Otherwise will move to consumer court... Zomato cannot deduct money, just for visiting their payment page... This is illegal and i will not let same happen want a refund in same paytm account... Zomato don't have any contact number of customer care as well and your chat don't respond even after 29 mins...
