Zomato — money deducted but order not accepted

I had placed an order for chicken biryani at zomato's sunday offer. I applied the code save50 the offer was valid, paid through net banking. The money was deducted & got message from the bank. Zomato's app said that 502 gateway.. After that i cancelled my transaction but didnot get my money back.. Zomato's service is not responding. I will escalate this if due consideration is not given.
Note : i don't have orderid to give you because order didnot accepted.
