Zomato — money deducted from account order not placed | |||
I placed an order through zomato app in john's kitchen guwahati, for an order of rs. 60.00 on nov 27, 2018 at 13.58 pm. Txn id: inb/[protected]/payu.in/food. Money was deducted from my axis bank account through net banking, but order was not showing in zomato, instead came as transaction cancelled and was redirected to the confirm order page.. Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account. There was also no helpline no. Mentioned in the app. Was this information helpful? | |||
