Zomato — money deducted from upi payment but order not placed | |||
I ordered a pizza from mojo on zomato and used upi payment method. There is a deduction of rupees 297 from my account but the app is showing payment unsuccessful and order has not been placed. Also when i try to contact them using support, i cannot type; there is no box to type in. Order no-[protected] Date-10 march 2019 (09:17 pm) Now i have ordered from somewhere else and i just need a refund of my deducted amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have also experienced the same issue.
Don't worry. The money debited will be reverted back to your account within 48 hours.
Its due to some issue with the zomato app or internet connection.
I advise you to always use secure PayTM method. Its easy. Good luck!
