[Resolved] Zomato — money deducted twice and not refunded | |||
I placed an order from pomp-pizza on my plate on the 03.09.2018. The first time the payment was incomplete so i ordered the food again, this time the payment was successful. However, the money amounting to 420.52 was deducted twice from my account and has not been refunded back while only 1 order was delivered to me. Looking at my account i can see 2 deductions to 2 different places where the money was sent to, one is gurgaon and one is jaipur. Kindly refund the money back. I am highly disappointed with zomato for this incident as they should have automatically refunded the double deduction. Was this information helpful? | |||
