Hi i am sHubham and i have ordered a food from zomato on 14 September 2018, as the quality of the food is not good and when the food reach to me it is cold and contains un necessary excess of oil in it, the food was not worth of money as it is not hot and the quality is not good

And i am attaching a picture of food which i got which shows the condition and excess of oil in it and one screenshot which shows my order number and following details

    On 15 sep i ordered from sagar gaire at 8:52 pm. Payment was successful from bank end but there is something wrong in zomato app. It does not pick the order. I message screenshot of succesful transaction but there is no reply from zomato side.

    I need to again spent 96 rs to order again at 9:30. And my previous money lost.

    Zomato are cheaters. I will never use zomato app again and will also tell my friends not to use it.
    Zomato cheats normal people.
    Dont you know how much that 96 rs important for a student who is relying on parents money.

    Money deducted and order wasn't placed. Tried contacting restaurant but they had no idea what went wrong. No notification got on zomato app about order and no contact details for enquiry. Checked my account transaction and no refund is processed on deducted amount.

      This regarding gold membership purchased both by me and my wife, mobile no [protected] and [protected]. At the time when we purchased the membership there was a rule that both can avail this offer on same table. I visited a restaurant today and i came to know there that this rule is not valid now and only 1 membership is allowed for a table. We are feeling cheated because we will never be able to use both memberships now and second membership is of no use now.

      I request you to cancel my membership against mobile no [protected] and refund me the amount that i paid.

        Hi that the same happened to me... I ordered dominoz pizza by zomato paid online and after 30 min i got call from dominoz they told me they can not deliver to my address like happen same with you and when i asked for money back they told me you have not paid to us by the way your order is cash on delivery this is what dominoz mentioned to me and when i initiated the chat with zomato they told me i have not made any payment to them they entirely lied even though i was having my online prove of transaction due to my tight schedule i ignored this. Because zomato did not helped me.. So after 3 days i approached to my neighborhood frnd.. He is working in zomato i shared my concern and my number... Later on he called me and told me yup i checked for your order you paid but did not recieved pizza... Then he placed a refund from his side i got my money back.. But here the point is why zomato denied it for dominoz for giving support... Why do dominoz denied me and told me it was cash on delivery and later on over the chat zomoato it self denied that i made an payment to them... Why? Why?... All this makes me frustrated and i considered my self as an fool by using zomato... My registered no is [protected]

        I have ordered 1 item and it said it contain other two items free. but when others two werent there. i had ordered veg hakka noodles which contain spring roll +salad free. but in final order they didnt kept them. i have added below photo also for proof. kindly help me. zomato is always cheating with customer.
        My order is cancelled with out informing and refund will take 7 days why so is this the customer service you provide to the people

        Why your services are so worst for which customer is not responsible and your are not doing any charity or doing it for free and after being charged why your are irresponsible
        I have ordered on zomato and while transaction is being processed i have cancelled it. I have started new transaction and paid the amount. Amount was debited twice. Im sure i have cancelled the transaction first time. I didnt get my money back and card was debited twice please look in to it and give refund as soon as possible.
        I had orderd food through zomata and paid money through debit card online My amount as been debited from a/c but not confirmed the order please refund my amt 730 rs

          I didn’t receive the food I paid for. Then I receive an email of delivery. And when I complained regarding this, they repeat my order like I never ordered it. This is total wastage of time. Spend time on ordering and then confirming. I will receive my order after 1 and half hour. Great service.
          At least take care of your regular customers. It’s very disappointing.

            We have ordered on[protected]. From spicy hub. The payment is made double time for single order. The restaurant did not even take our order. We made a complaint against it to zomato. It replied that "we are working on it and your money will be refunded in one week". Now its almost three weeks and there is money refunded. We are trying to contact zomato customer care and there is noo response from it. Is this the way you treat your customers??
            There is noo response for the complaint made. We need our money backin two days that's it.

            On 16/09/2018, I ordered 2 twice and both the time my amount is deducted from my bank account and the order is not placed.
            Both order cost together is 106.80 + 142.35 = 249.15

            How I can get my money refund ?

              Yesterday made a order, ra3 restaurant, the order was not delivered properly. Miss masala omelet. To get the refund was bugged to chat with zomato. Today made a order it was cancelled by the restaurant. But the refund will take 7days. It was informed me a last moment. And no proper response from the zomato.
              Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have placed an order, the number is [protected]. The order was not delivered however the status is showing delivered. I have massaged Zomato also but it went in vain. I have paid the amount it was charged. However no refund is do e until. I am expecting refund of the same amount.

                I placed an order for pizza today of rs. 235 from jugaad snacks and the order got placed as well the money got deducted. I then got a call from jugaad snacks and he said no delivery boy is available to make delivery and i need to contact zomato chat support for the same. Unfortunately zomato support is not working at this moment and i am completely dissatisfied with the service zomato is offering.

                  This is to inform you that zomato blocked my account registered with email address [protected]@outlook.com. For complaining about restaurant food quality. I have 281 credits in my zomato account which i am unable to use as my zomato account has been blocked for odering so on a strict note i want to notify your company to either refund my credits in cash or unblock my zomato account so that i can use those credits.

                        I have ordered 2 shakes from the pink koko restaurant located on pusa road (Karol bagh) but the resaturant declined the order due to no payment by zomato to the restaurant for the mentioned order as well as some previous orders.. So due to no payment by zomato i could not receive the food parcel
                        Secondly after this i have ordered 2 shakes from the gianis restaurant located at shankar road (Rajender nagar), my order delivery time mentioned was 11:03pm and i received the order at 11:45pm due to late delivery all the ice cream of the ice cream shakes that i have ordered got melted... And due to the same i had dispose off all the shakes for which i had prepaid from my paytm wallet...
                        Kindly look into this matter...
                        And with respect to this issue i need a justified compensation against both the orders
                        It was really a very pathetic experience with zomato.

It's been 10 days soo far and i got no support from zomato atall.. I did not get any money as refund... They say they would help me regarding my issue but all they do is tell me to email them instead or wait for few more days.. I m way too frustrated by their pathetic service.. I have lost my money and i want it back.. Please help

                          I was asked to send them the screenshot of my bank statement from the day of transaction till now..I even sent them that..Even after that I did not get any update atall..I don't think Zomato wants to help me regarding my issue..It's been more than 15 days now..i did not get my money back

                          Zomato service is the worst..the app is a Useless piece of ###... they can't solve a small issue..Such a shame..Foodpanda is way better than Zomato..Trust me..They take hardly 2-3 days to refund and solve the issues..Learn something from them😏

                              My money was deducted 3 times from my paytm wallet to zomato. Twice on 3rd september and once on 4th september, 2021. The order was not done by me and it was not from my zomato account either. I have attached the 3 screenshots that includes the order id. I would like to know which account did it.                                 I am narender kumar having contact no. [protected]. I had ordered dinner yesterday vide order no. [protected] on 14/09/2018 at 08:25pm, from shahi naan wala - paschim vihar, and just after placing order i texed message to zomato that i have placed an order and requested to ensure that i get my order. Person of zomato at other end, ensured me that order will be served to me and said that my order is on its way. Then, i got a call from call center of zomato (From phone no.[protected] at 20:41 pm, and the person said that my order has been cancelled because of some zone issue that after 7 pm we do not deliver in sultan puri (Area, where i reside). However, you may very well confirm from your records that at about 3-4 times orders have been served to me at my place. And who takes dinner at 7pm? Generally dinner timings are about 9:00pm, and accordingly i had placed my order as my mother was medically unwell and she could not prepare dinner, so i placed order with you. It had happed at one occassion earlier also, and towards compensation you gave about 50 rupees. I assume that delivery of order entirely depends upon will of delivery person, as mr ravi who was supposed to deliver food was not willing to deliver my order. I spoke to him and he was contending that in sultan puri, order cannot be served. My submission is, are people not living in our area, are we not paying form dinner.. Then why orders are not being delivered to us.
                                I wish you people to take all necessary measures to ensure that people like me get their orders delivered and necessary stringent action should be taken against such delivery person like mr. Ravi. Please ensure these things otherwise i assure you that i shall try my best to escalate this issue up to founders of zomato mr deepinder goyal and mr pankaj chadda.
                                I hope i shall get response from you.

                                  I had ordered for my food at 11:02 from faasos powai. They confirmed the order saying it'll be delivered by 12:03. The order never got delivered and after regular contact with zomato regarding the issue at 1:05am they say the order is delivered whereas it hasn't been. This is a loot of my money and time.                                     Yesterday I complained about late delivery regarding my order id [protected] from account [protected]@gmail.com and their executive refunded the amount and in no time he blocked my account too so I can't use my money this is totally unacceptable kindly transfer my credits to my new account [protected]@gmail.com or else unblock my account as your one of the executive named ambika promised me that it will be transferred into my new account then another executive changed the statement that he would no transfer it and abused too. His name was ankit. I asked for his ID he rejected to give it to me so I wasn't able to provide his detail I want strict and strong action to be taken in this regards

                                    Yesterday I ordered ice cream order id [protected] from zomato and the delivery guy delivered the ice cream very late and it was not in condition to eat it so I complained about it on chat support he refunded after quarreling for hours then he blocked my account which is [protected]@gmail.com in no time as I had my money into zomat wallet so now unable to use it zomato is doing cheating in this way at first they refund then simply block your account and blocked my number [protected] too so I wouldn't be able to order in future from this number so unlikely behavior of yours why in the first place you refunded the money in form credits into my account if you were going to block it I want my account to be unblock anyhow or else transfer my credits into my new account which is [protected]@gmail.com kindly process this fast.

                                    I had complained yesterday about an order which is [protected] of late delivery as the order was ice cream and it wasn't in good condition so asked for replacement ice cream they did not do that then after hour of quarelleig zomato executive refunded my account in [protected]@gmail.com then after sometime he blocked my account so I would not be able to. Use it i had ₹166 in my zomato credits either unblock my account or kindly transfer the money into [protected]@gmail.com

                                      - at 10.30 pm i ordred for biryani from lucky restaurant and paid from paytm against order no #ztd18b9d36ed49d65f..
                                      I kept on calling the delievery person but he refused to coinfirm the deleievry time... After 90 minutes got a call from lucky and they said the zomato person has refused delievery and hence we can send provided you make the payment in cash.. I tried calling zomato but no success.. Also written on chat no... Finally i had to pay lucky delievery boy to take the delevery.. Can you please help me with the refund and take action againt the person name raju which was apearing on my phone.. Except a immedlade resoltion of the same.
                                      To my surpise the zomato person calling me and asking that food is delievered??? This is nothing but cheating...

                                        I order the food through zomato on 4th sep total amount 390 rs i pay through debit card, but the restaurant canceled the order because they have no delivery boy at that time. But the zomato without confirming with me they canceled the order and till the date my refund is not received. When discussing with the zomato they are saying sorry for the bad experience.
