Zomato — money got deducted but order was not placed

I was trying to place order from but my money got debited and order was not got placed (Using paytm), i tried to call zomato customer care but could not reach. Please provide valid customer care no for pune region.

Please let me know how can i get my money back. I think zomato is big scam and these people are scammer. No customer care no, no complaint mail id, no online helpdesk.
