Zomato — money refund regarding

I have ordered black forest cake 500 grams in ck's bakery on 1st december and the order was confirmed and then they detected money from my account and later which i had a msg that due to some technical issues the order has been cancelled... And the money will be refunded in next 7 possible working days... But yet i dint get my money back.. So please take some steps regarding this... And solve it as soon as possible... From Yesterday i was trying to order food online but it is blocked due to some suspicious activity and mailed to [protected]@zomato.com ample number of time but there is no solution come out yet and i dont know from when it is blocked Shame on zomato i want my account to get unblocked this is wrong
