Zomato — money was deducted without otp and alert

I didn't placed any order.
Even though my money was deducted from my paytm account
120/- on 7th oct
Again the same done on
29th sep again 120/- was deducted
I didn't got any opt msg

How can u do this. As i was the maintaining very good relation with zomato.
