[Resolved]  Zomato — My account has been suspended due to bgv failed

ID NO :-(FE984622) Actually I'm raised the ticket 6 days back that time not activate I'm again reopened the ticket but not activate my ID I'm still waiting for activation ticket number :[protected] they are responded but not activated after that I'm waiting some days again raised the ticket ticket number :[protected] again same response but not activated. So this is my problem please activate my ID as soon as possible Thank you sir/maam

My id is also supended bcos of BGV failed so pleas activate my id

My Account had been activated on 16th aug 2021. On 18th onwards I just received the bag and t shirt after I tried to be in online for taking delivery but they shown that bgv is failed ...what can I do for resolving this issue... I can't connect TL from that number too... What I wanna do now
