Zomato — my order was not delivered no refund was initiated | |
I had placed an order last night and wanted to cancel within 30 seconds after placing the order as delivery time was too high, but it was showing if you want to cancel the order refund will not be given and by mistake my daughter pressed ok. Order id : [protected] I requested zomato customer support to deliver the order if the restaurant has started preparing the order, they were very rude they said we can't help you nor we will refund you. Why you guys have kept cancel order option if you can't refund, you should atleat deliver the order if according to you restaurant prepared my order within 30 seconds. I will never order from zomato and also tell this to all my friends and family. Was this information helpful? | |

I've ordered food from zomato with order id [protected] and the money got deducted with trnsaction id P1910091804373314481745 and order was not confirmed.

I order at 5.38 pm my order number is [protected].It is showing payment incomplete but payment got deducted from my account.I do have UPI id too.

I placed an order for veg meal from Balaji Bhavan, Annanagar on 9th Oct '19. Even after payment was made by Paytm wallet, delivery boy insisted & collected cash payment additionally. I want refund of my payment soon.
