I had bad experience in zomato, where they refunded my money for stale food & blocked my account. After multiple mails also they are not responding, please unblock my account asap as i want to order more. Without my permission only they blocked my account which is unacceptable, i was totally shocked by the zomato's gesture. Please don't be so aggressive on customers. Updated by Siddegowds Bs I am not able to use promo codes in my account, Wat type of nonsense is this from zomato ?? Zomato is pathetic is providing promo codes to customers. Resolve it quickly zomato.
