[Resolved] Zomato — no delivery happened but money deducted and | |||
Mr. Zomato. U guys have a pathetic service. No body responds on chat, there is no way you get to know about your delivery if the restaurant is not picking your call and showing your food is being prepared for last 3 hours. And suddenly ur guests left. Seriously is this how u guys cater your business. At least talk to your customer and reply. Your chat lines are not responding fr hours and you claim u respond in a minitue or two. Its already 1.30am my order was showing being prepared from 10.30pm and suddenly its showing its being delivered. If its not delivered, if i didn't receive any call from restaurant how come its delivered. I want my money back. Come on, atlest you can call and tell us the truth if you guys can't respond on chat. Even the restaurant not responding and my guests have already left. I did a mistake by switching frm food panda to zomato atleast they respond. Really pissed off. Was this information helpful? | |||
