Zomato — no response from chat. completely poor service

I didn't get my order and the irresponsible zomato chat guys are not responding to me from 1 hour. I really don't know the status of my order. It is still showing in kitchen but when i call restaurant directly they have informed me that order was sent from their end. No sign of delivery as well as zomato chat. Its completely irresponsible and insane behaviour of your staff. Struggling to get food for almost 3 hours from 12 noon. Now it is almost 3 pm

I ordered, my valet wasn't assigned. I tried to chat with zomato no response. I ordered at 9pm it's now 11 am, in the app it says delivered. STILL no response from zomato. Worst experience with zomato.
