I order the food through zomato on 4th sep total amount 390 rs i pay through debit card, but the restaurant canceled the order because they have no delivery boy at that time. But the zomato without confirming with me they canceled the order and till the date my refund is not received. When discussing with the zomato they are saying sorry for the bad experience....

I had placed 2 orders on 14-9-18 one of them was successfully placed and delivered but another one was not even placed but amount ₹118 was deducted from my net banking. I want my refund asap. This is too bad service. There customer care no don't even work. They don't even have given any email or no on their site/ app to contact them. I just want my refund asap....

money deducted twice and not refunded

I placed an order from pomp-pizza on my plate on the 03.09.2018. The first time the payment was incomplete so i ordered the food again, this time the payment was successful. However, the money amounting to 420.52 was deducted twice from my account and has not been refunded back while only 1 order was delivered to me. Looking at my account i can see 2 deductions to 2 different places where the money was sent to, one is gurgaon and one is jaipur....

I wanted to buy zomato gold membership amd i search in google. You official page showed me that the membership for 12month is available at a discount price of 1200 and its actual price is 1500. I clicked on it and it redirected me to playstore to download zomato app which i did. And when I opened it in app, I was shocked bcz it said membership cost is 1900 for 12 months and as an offer they are giving it for 1500. Stop these cheap tricks....

Ice n spice delivered damaged package. Package was ripped and food was out of package. Delivery boy himself said the package was not properly packed. And support said he cannot do anything about it because hotel management said package was proper. Even rotis came burnt. Hotel denied all the accusations. I have all the photos of food and package. Please look into it....

I ordered my food at around 10 pm but didn't get the food delivered. I contacted the support person & they are just playing around with me by giving unrelated response. Tried to even cancel the order but no response from them. I have to sleep with no food. I need complete refund & they have to pay even the penalty for making me sleep on my empty stomach....

zomato blocked my account and my credits are still there

This is to inform you that my zomato account has been blocked without information for complaining about a restaurant. I have almost 281 rs in my credits account so either zomato should pay me money or unblock my account.
My email registered with zomato is [protected]@outlook.com. I emailed them on [protected]@zomato.com for unblocking my account but they didn’t do it. I want my money or account to be unblocked.

Hello am nilesh hase i ordered food through zomato on date 07 sep 2018 at time 7.50pm and 10 sep 2018. It priced rs 255 & rs 358 respectively.
Payment was by debit card both order had payment successful but order not placed. My money was deducted from my account both time. My money wasn't payed to me when will i get my money back???

I haven't ordered anything from zomato but my money from my paytm wallet keeps getting deducted...paytm support told me to resolve this issue with your side...this has already happened to me once but nobody helped...this keeps happening...no one your side is helping...you have only chat service as customer care which is pathetic...i consider this as fraud...

zomato gold - one month extra promotional offer

I got a call from zomato representative on 4th august 2018 informing me that if i buy zomato gold on that day 4th august, i will get one month extra which will be done in 7 working days (13 months validity instead of 12 months). Till now the one month isn't extended.
I have spoken multiple times to zomato representatives and they continuously gave me same answer "it will be extended". Its been more than one month and i still didnt...

non delivery of food after order and full payment

I ordered food from tomato app worth rs 165, paid in full via paytm and food was not delivered nor refund was initiated despite confirmation by you representive on phone at 10 pm on 9.9.18

I have recieved a mail that zomato will review my case. Why review and not refund immedeately.

If my case is not redolved immedeately, i will my untrustworthiness on all social media and you app too.

regarding completed order

I ordered from burger king at 8:27 pm on 10/09/2018, i haven't received the order and still the app shows delivered. I payed online and the money is not refund yet. I order from this number (View screenshot)
Can you please make transaction as early as possible. I always happy with zomatos service but this time it is worst. I hope my complaint will solve as early as possible. I paid ₹230 online and i never received the food. Currently...

extremely poor quality of food

I placed an order for chicken drumsticks from The Big Fat Panda, Dum Dum through Zomato. After the food arrived, I found a tiny iron wire inside of it. The chicken was very badly cooked, half of it, I suspect, was raw. We finally had to get rid of it. The quality of the food is very poor but what actually concerns me is that there was an iron wire inside the food. I'm very disappointed and expect a refund.
