I have done order and order number is [protected].in app it was showing 31 mints for delivery but they have not delivered my food in 1 hours also. I started doing chat online with zomato representative, he/she was saying it will get deliver in 10-15 mins, but no luck. I called deliver boy he said that, he is waiting for another pickup. So i have requested to cancel, but they were not cancelling my request.
He came to my house on his own time and called me. I refused to take my food as my mood got spoiled after all the followups. Then the funniest part is delivery guy changed the status as delivered.
My question is why i have to struggle for all this. I wanted to get food, i have ordered it, done the payment.
I have only zomato app in my phone for ordering food online but i am not happy with the response i am getting in kolkatta.
I have to leave my all the work aside and think about all this complaints. I do not like it.
I would request you to understand the feeling a person will have, this is matter of hunger.
