Zomato — non delivery of prepaid item and no refund even after 20 days and several efforts | |||
Ordered a shake from brown sugar cafe, new delhi on 2nd july'2019, which was prepaid through paytm. Order #[protected]. The order was picked up from the cafe but not delivered and the delivery agent's no. Provided was switched off (Confirmed by both, the cafe and the zomato chat team). On putting up the issue with zomato assurance was given to look into the matter and take action. Nobody contacted thereafter. On asking again assurance was given that whole amount will be refunded alongwith extra 50 zomato credits for their mistake. However, only 50 credits as a token were refunded and even after 5 repeated attempts on chat and 2 e-mails, the actual amount has still not been refunded. Everytime the same excuse is provided that it was initiated but not done due to some technical issue. Have all the chats as well. Did not expect such poor consumer service from zomato.
