[Resolved] Zomato — not get refunded from zomato | |||
I have ordered from Zomato at 8/05/2018 at 1:00 noon. I have completed my payment via Paytm wallet but it shows the message that "something went wrong and your order is not placed. Please try again later". But money had deducted from my wallet . After complaining at customer service they replied that it's payment gateway failure and your money will get refunded in 24 hrs. It's more than 24 hrs and my money hasn't refunded yet. It was my first order from Zomato and I value my money so please refund it back. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
