Zomato — not getting the refund after delivery boy marked the order as delivered without delivering the order | |
My order no is [protected], i have ordered shahi paneer rice combo from one of the restaurants of zomato but i haven't received it yet and delivery boy responsible for that marked the order as delivered and told lye that he had delivered the order. The delivery boy responsible was unprofessional, rude and argued with me without even listening to me. When this incident happened i asked their customer executive thru their customer support chat to cancel my order and refund my money but they did not respond, after delivery boy marked the order as delivered then they responded which is of no use. I then asked for the refund but they said delivery boy is saying he has delivered the order refund is not possible. Delivery boy was a liar and seek revenge and done this fraud with me. I asked their customer support to take action against delivery boy but no action has been taken yet. If i have received the order why would i ask for refund and complaint? Their customer service didn't listen to me and have not refunded my money. I want my money back asap or if they arrange delivery of following item that's fine too. Was this information helpful? | |
