Zomato — not provide the ordered food and also not provide the credits promised | |||||
Not provide the ordered food and also not give the credit promised by zomato as apology. I ordered food on 15 may and zomato send me following message- ''Your order from Krisspy Bites has been picked up by our runnr LOKESH KUMAR GAUTAM ([protected]) and will be reaching you shortly. You can use the link https://runnr.in/s/3sm9oz to track your order.'' After that my order was not availed me and zomato send me following message- "We have initiated a refund against your order (id: [protected]) on Zomato Order. Refund of Rs 87 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days." But till now there is no refund credited in my zomato account. When I asked about that on zomato chat they send me message- "I request you to please mail along with your order number of this order along with the latest bank statement." "I'm sorry but I can't provide zomato credits from my end." WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW???? Was this information helpful? | |||||

On 25th may, 2018 at sharp 5:11, I ordered some drinks from Cafe coffee day, via Zomato. I didnt receive my order and on top of that in the zomato app it said that the order is delivered, however it isnt. This kind of event has happened multiple times with this comapany. I want to file a complaint so that this thing is stopped.
