[Resolved]  Zomato — not refund the money on cancel the order

I have wrongly placed my order and auto paid through paytm and site not confirmed before placing the order at 6.29pm and deducted 418.06 from paytm account. Within 3 min i have cancelled this order but zomato refuse to refund my money. After that i have requested if you are not able to refund money then deliver the order. Then zomato refused to refund the money as well as not ready to deliver the order.
Request to accept my complaint and process to refund the money.
