Zomato — not refunding my amount | |
I ordered sweet from Zomato with order number-[protected], they cancel my order without my knowledge they didn't call to me, I also called delivery boy for confirmation of address and also asked for delay still they cancel my pre paid order, I asked for customer support no many time to chat support but the are denying that we don't have specific customer support no they told me to complain through mail but their response is not satisfactory My order amount is 860 rupees Payment is made through card Was this information helpful? | |

I didn’t want to olace a order but zomato app automatically placed a order and deduct money from my paytm wallet . And when i contact customer support they just refuse to help me further

I have ordered food on 10/11/18 but due to some reasons it was rejected and money also get deducted this was the transaction id OTHPG 034364. Can you guys please help me to get my money back.
Order number [protected].after inordinate delay of order I received my food cold and stale .Also food quality was pathetic.curry was having fungus like texture with very bad smell veggies were also not fresh .all in all very disappointing experience. .

Instead of issuing refund they are sending waste Zomato credits . kindly issue my money in original mode of payment as promised .
