Zomato — on cancellation of order no refund of money

I think there must be court to solve the problem found in ordering items through mobile application.

I have ordered om namkeens worth rs 210/- and immediately cancelled on january 9 at 7.04 pm order no.[protected].

In above event i saw my amount from my paytm deducted without my confirmation. Now i wanted my amount back to my paytm account.

After lot of messages and emailed matter my problem is not solved. On the contrary the items not received by me.
Finally i have lost my amount of rs210/-.

Zomato replay and my complaint as emailed are as under:-

Hope you are doing well.

With regards to your concern, please be informed that zomato doesn't allow / support cancellation of the orders post confirmation by the restaurant. It is so because once the order is confirmed, restaurant starts working on / preparing the order.

If any order is cancelled the amount of the cancellation charges is equal to the amount of the order.

My claim
I still tell you you have deducated my amount without my confirm action. Because you app does not have this facility.

I was checking any discount offers in your order. But you app has placed order without my confirmation.

Then i stated cancelation of order. Your person niether supplied the material nor arrange refund.

My mistake is not there. If item not taken then refund to be arranged.

If your policy is not to refund then you can get me my items.

Paying money and not giving things is the wrong policy of your business.

Clerify your policy of business. If i am not satisfied then get me to contact your top person to solve this.

I hope you are clear to understand no item taken money to be refunded.

My name is Surya Shankar, Yesterday 05-Jan - 2019 I was charged twice for the food.
I had booked the food on 5/1/2019 .
RS.501 was deducted twice.
RS.501 was deducted from my debit card twice.
I tried the zomato customer care service.all of them don't exist itself.
Is this the way you treat your customers?
