[Resolved] Zomato — online food delivery. | |||||
Hi team, This is regarding today online food delivery. I have ordered food from zomato for 2nd time and the restarant was showing under my location and when my order was packed delivery person (Rahul kumar) connected me to know the location he was new for my location and does not know the whole area. So i connected to chat support and ask them to connect to executive my location but they cancelled the order saying that location is far for 15-20 kms but i checked on google maps it's showing only 9 kms away. I have not received the order because of that pathetic reason. I felt bad infront of my guests that i have not received the order. If location is so far then they should let me know first after n hour they cancelled the order because executive does not know the location. I want apology letter because as a customer i have the right to ask and they should improve their delivery experience.
