Zomato — online food order rejection | |||
Hi team, Due to incorrect address, delivery person tried to reach me via your customer support. However, due to natural call issues, i was late in responding to your calls and with in 5 mins i tried to reach your delivery person. However, he told that he rejected the order and told me that he is returning to restaurant, but did not returned in real. I was charged around rs.400 and even food also did not deliver. I had ordered food from Shawarma Nation on the 2nd of May at 1.50 am but it was at the wrong address so I cancelled the order. The order was prepaid from my Paytm wallet. But, after cancellation the amout for the order i. e. Rs 340 was not returned to my wallet. The chat support shows a penalty of Rs 340 was charged which seems unreasonable.

I placed an order for one full Chilli Chicken. I received a normal size box with with mere three small pieces.
I duly registered a complaint, and No action was taken.
