Zomato — order canceled by restaurant and amount not return | |||||
I ordered food from zomato on 6th oct 2018 and order amount was 310 inr. Order id - [protected] My order was canceled by restaurant due to food unavailable. After 4days i didn't receive the food neither the refund. When i contacted zomato chat help and they also declined to refund. This is very disappointing to see such services from such a highly reputed organization whose motive is to serve customers best. This is the first time they have canceled my order after 1hour of ordering. Request you to please look into this and initiate the refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Disturbance by the delivery boy : After delivering the food. The delivery boy partha thakuria was personally messaging me in wtsapp. And calling in my number. For which i think he is not eligible for such jobs. Because in this order he will continue collecting others number

While ordering food my money was deducted from bank but in app it's showing transaction fail.. And I didn't get my food also
