Zomato — order cancelled and money also not refunded

Firstly i would like to tell that i placed my order and immidiately after 3 min. I cancelled it,, i visited the restraunt too, they said that they havennt even stated to prepare my food yet,, so before replying (Zomato team), dont use these lines "food is wasted", food wasnt prepared,,, so here's my story of fraud done by zomato with me -
The same happened with me too, i placed 1 order and paid for it,, they took 1.5hrs after taking so mch time too the were unable to deliever my food to me,, i tried to cancel the order,, but the same thing happnd to me and zomato team said dat we cant cancl the order and all d #... The money which i paid online wasnt refunded to me an also zomato # said that they have taken my payment as penality,, i mean how can you do this to a common man,,, zomato is the biggest scam,, the worst app,, plz try for swiggy/uber eats,, but never opt for zomato,, dont even get lured to these zomato # pathetic offers,, the are just doing a scam and stoling the customers money...
