My question is that zomato collect our documents, bank details.menu aND all for there new delivery services.
But it's happened in August 2018 and they commit to us they start there service after one month. And now November going on. We received a massage from zomato also they infrom us they will contact us very soon, but no one contact with us...it's really...

I would like to make a formal complaint against against deliver failure and order cancellation.

I had ordered from rahat darbar and confirmed with rahat darbar on the phone .even after 40 min I contacted them again and in the zomato app it was mentioned that the order was declined as I didnt receive the order and the rider was unable to contact me as my phone was not reachable as informed......

My order Id with Zomato : [protected], I have made the payment using my Paytm soon after that I got the response that your order declined by restaurant, I intiated the chat with zomato help they said that amount will be refund is autointiated and it will reflect in your account in 24 to 48 hrs.

Now when i ask about the refund they are saying the team tried to approach me but i was not reachable. I never got...

I order the food on zomato. They donot delievered the food and not refunded my money... I also mail them but they didn't reply anything... My order is swarma chicken.. From loyans (Guwahati) no confirmation or msg given by zomato.. Even my order is not shown in the order history... But money deducted from my a/c... I need an immediate action from ur side...

I place order on zomato on order no.[protected] but the order is cancel and i didn't recieve my money back. So i want to comaplain regarding this to get my money back. I had ordered food from zomato and received an incomplete order for which i complained. I got 234 zomato credits instead of the refund in my source account. Later the next day i couldn't place any order as it was showing that my account had been blocked. I mailed zomato regarding this issue at least 15-20 times. Everytime i got the same response that it's due to some suspicious activity observed. My amount is still stuck in that account....

Complaint against food delivered from kill no kalorie

I had ordered-------from kill no kalorie. Hair was found from food order. Screenshot attached herewith.
On msg assurance for refund was given. Screenshot of msg attached.
Later i had received a msg that refund will not be given.

Such unprofessional behavior from an food...

My account was blocked by zomato by giving a reason that i have done some suspicious activity or something. After asking alot the meaning of suspicious activity they said they blocked because restaurant told them to do so as i gave negative rating for their food, Now i don't understand if they provide bad food and zomato has the option to rate from 1 to 5 then why this kind of hipocrisy. They are not unblocking my account and i am also not...

Order id - [protected], i placed order, paid in advance, person did not put good effort to deliver it, did not ring any bell, did not contact, cancelled the order, charged me full amount and went back with food, probably eat it himself.
No one helped in customer support, its total scam here, big mistake buying from you.
I am sure if it was not paid in advance they would try to deliver it but since they did not have to wait for...

Ordered food and only partial was delivered on time.. Rest half of the order was delivered after an hour because the restaurant guy did not handover the 2nd part of order to delivery person at first.

I requested for refund.. And chat went for 2 to 3 hours and multiple chats with blunt copy past macros which sucks.. Finally refund was given to zomato credits which is useless as i will never use zomato again.

I bought zomato gold membership on 14th october, post that i checked my zomato app and it showed to buy the membership again deleted the app logged in to check still suggesting me to buy the membership. Called up the customer care support they told me to speak to the chat support, did the same as suggested. Didn't receive any solution. They said that i would be getting my refund in 5 to 7 working days till date i didn't receive my amount...

I have ordered food of worth 890 rs on 10th october from zomato. As per zomato when their delivery person came unfortunately i was in bathroom so i couldn't pick his phone so he left and then when i called back and ask for the support the zomato executive informed me that since i couldn't pick the phone so now the order can not be delivered and the cancellation charges are equal to my bill amount of worth 898. Zomato credited 25rs instead of 100rs actual product cost seems 50rs so they still earned by posting wrong pictures and i am not satisfied at all...

When i received my order, one item was missing. I called the delivery personnel and he told me that he never got the ice tea from the restaurant which shows that the riders don't check the order without taking it. Unable to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

Please look into this and get this resolved expeditiously...
