Hi,
I made an online order for food from zomato on 27th oct for delivery from mcdonald's, total mall, old airport road, bangalore, but the call went twice to mcdonald's, ground floor, ashwini complex, 539, opposite vijaya bank, cmh road, indiranagar, some glitch i could not understand. I was told they will make the call and order for me which they did and i made a cash payment on delivery. But for the two times, i made online payment of rs.566/- each i was told i will get the refund of rs.1, 132/- within 7 days.
Well, it's been more than a month and though i have written emails to [protected]@zomato.com and received few replies with the assurance that they are looking into it i am yet to get a refund. That was when i saw this forum and decided to raise my concern here.
I want to know the reason for the delay in making the refund when they have accepted there has been double debit wrongly made. The details of the deduction from my account are as below:

Its been a week since I sent a reminder on my Nov 29th complaint (Dec 30th) for my Oct 27th fiasco with Mc Donald's. I have not received any response as of now. Should I start sending daily reminders? Will that make you address my complaint faster and reimburse me?
You have taken Rs.1132/- for absolutely nothing! No food no water, not even a piece of paper, nothing !! How long does it take for you to acknowledge this fact?
I have sent you all the relevant details, if you require anything more let me know...
