[Resolved] Zomato — order id [protected]

I ordered two orders - 1) [protected]
2) [protected]. I got the second order. Both orders have the same location but 1st order is not delivered and the reason they say is that i was not at that address i mentioned. I was at the address i mentioned in both the orders. Now i had not got my 1st order and got the second. How is this possible if i am not at my location. And they say they will not pay the refund. Just cheating the customer. Do not order with this app. Customer support cuts the call midway and talk rudely. I will post a screenshot of the delievery address and they did not come at that address. How can you deliver 2nd order and cancelled the first without paying refund.
