[Resolved] Zomato — order money paid but never received the order | |||||
Sir My order Id with Zomato : [protected], I have made the payment using my Paytm soon after that I got the response that your order declined by restaurant, I intiated the chat with zomato help they said that amount will be refund is autointiated and it will reflect in your account in 24 to 48 hrs. Now when i ask about the refund they are saying the team tried to approach me but i was not reachable. I never got any call. It seems very unethical on Team Zomato part. I am attaching the chat for your kind reference. and order in which it can clearly seen the time i made the order is 1.06 and with in 10 - 15 mins omato is claiming that there person was there to deliver I was not reachable as at 1.21 pm I have chatted with their support. As Support Teaam think that amount is small and customer will not bother Was this information helpful? | |||||
