Zomato — order not delivered by zomato but system showing delivered

I have ordered my food today wd order no. [protected] from zomato app at 9:28pm and payment deduction done from paytm order delivery time was 10:03 pm but order not delivered on given address by zomato. As per zomato customer care order was delivered to wrong address by delivery boy so amount will refund you. Is this solution for customer? You spoiled some one evening and asking for refund.. Kindly take corrective action otherwise i will post this incident on social media. Twitter, facebook and all.
