Zomato — order rejected by zomato and did not refund

Address:Mohali, Punjab

I ordered from zomato i put the address "kiran foreign trade i60, alpha it city sector 83, mohali" but delivery boy was finding me at "railway station" and said on call that you entered "railway station" address and rejected my order. And today 24/10/2019 around 5 days spent i did not get my money back. I put the query but they did not response. Please help me regarding this so i can get my refund.
