[Resolved] Zomato — order was not delivered yet no refund | |||
I ordered food from hotel via zomato but the food was not delivered, then i personally had to go there to collect the food after waiting for almost two hours. They charged the delivery fees also. After reaching the hotel i came to know that my order was not even placed, so again i had to wait for half an hour there. After all this shameless zomato is saying that they can't refund me anything. And really stupid people at the chat service also. Was this information helpful? | |||
