[Resolved]  Zomato — order was not delivered yet no refund

I ordered food from hotel via zomato but the food was not delivered, then i personally had to go there to collect the food after waiting for almost two hours. They charged the delivery fees also. After reaching the hotel i came to know that my order was not even placed, so again i had to wait for half an hour there. After all this shameless zomato is saying that they can't refund me anything. And really stupid people at the chat service also.
